National Vegetarian Week rounded off in style with Gluten Free Friday. Creativity and passion were in abundance, with amazing gluten free pasta dishes served up with GF breads, complimented by an enviable array of mouthwatering desserts. So many of the schools’ catering teams pulled out all the stops in support of this magnificent initiative. Certainly a week to remember and savour.
